Like a modern day Napoleon Hill, Richard St. John spent 10 years interviewing over 500 of the world’s greatest men and women, to find out what made them so successful.
He condensed his findings to 8 words common to all of those he interviewed. 8 simple, easy to understand principles that anyone can apply to his own life and business.
Watch the video to see the Top 8 Traits that lead to success in any field.

Willena,
WOW! First off, I loved the entire video. So much great stuff in there.
But the most important message of it all was, if you are not participating on all 8 levels, then maybe you should make sure you start to.
Thanks for posting!

I like that video ! Point number 7 is the message I would love to see get out far and wide. Serve with what you sell. It’s a message that sadly has been lost in the ever increasing “I give away value, tons of it, now how and when do I introduce my business?” Always leaves people with the feeling of “when is the shoe going to drop”.
Sam Walton may serve with coupons that provide the benefit of saving us money, Bill Gates with software that makes our computer experience easier but neither one hides the fact they are in business and making money.
Yet we do. Strange and completely anti business.
Thanks for posting that video. It’s cute.

Hey Willena,
Really enjoyed this video! Started this morning off in a bit of a funk but this was a terrific shot of positive attitude! My personal analogy of success is that it is like a really great game of golf. Non-golfers think it’s a game about hitting a little white ball around – that’s only the tinest part of the game. It’s about practice, focus, work-work-work to improve your game … and just when you get the short game right, your drive goes to hell. In other words, it’s messy and complicated, just like life – but oh so sweet when everything falls in place! Thanks for the inspiration

Hi Willena, I loved the 8 to Great video. I’ve never seen it before, so it was a real treat. It seems like whatever it is in life, if we just determine to be consistent in the simple things, we will get where we want to be. It reminds me of the Slight Edge.
I am so glad I came to your blog to find these nuggets.

I like your first point on Passion. It is important that you follow what you love. If you truly believe in something and are passionate about it, people will respond to it. Money will follow with your passion.
Hi Willena,
I have heard about Napoleon Hill and read some great articles about him. But Richard St. John is new to me. Though the 8 to Great Video is very inspiring. Thanks for sharing it.

Great post, Willena! I am definitely going to look for that book. I like the way he presented his information, and the way that we work toward success can really be broken down to a few basic points.

I love your own very first point about Enthusiasm. It’s important that you simply stick to what you adore. Should you truly believe inside something and so are enthusiastic about it, individuals will respond to this.

I agree, Joshua. We respond more to people’s feelings than we do to what they are saying.
