This clever video reminds me of the first year that I began to really take MLM seriously (1978). By the end of that year I was full-time in the networking profession. It also reminds me of a birth announcement sent to me by Paul J. Meyer in 1975, when he was in his mid-fifties and, with his wife, had the baby they had wanted. Paul’s announcement read: “Whatever you ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon, must inevitably come to pass.”
It also reminds me of the caution I learned from Stephen Covey (7 Habits…) that it is important to be sure that your ladder of success is leaning up against the right wall

Oh, this video is just too funny! Somehow, this little pig represents me, I never give up either! I tend to go around the problem and try to bite into it from a lot of diffenrent sides in case one is not working out. I am not sure if it makes me an insister or just a stupid thing to do

ps we have a little labrador like that, who truly epitomises all the best lessons in belief, visualisation and faith. The difference between her and Ormie is she has just learnt that if she sits long enough and waits patiently enough, Trev, my other half, will always relent and give her whatshe wants (which is usually her ball and a game!)

OMG! That was hilarious. It reminded me of one of my GF girls. She was less than 2 years old. My friend used to have a little jar with M&M on top of the fridge and one day everything was really quiet…(if you have kids you KNOW that is NOT a good sign lol) So my friend went to check up on her daughter and found her on top of:
- her little red chair, on top of her little plastic table, on top of mommy’s dinning chair…. eating M&Ms
Needless to say my friend almost die!

Optimism matched with action is a great combo in order to reach our goals. Rejection and failure are indeed discouraging but we must accept that we will encounter them from time to time. Persistence is definitely good and I have made many positive results because of it.
